Born and raised in Southern Ontario, Phil enjoyed much of his childhood outdoors exploring local forests and rivers. Summers were spent travelling and camping across the country, instilling a genuine fondness for nature and the great outdoors. In more recent years, as a summer resident of Georgian Bay, Phil developed a passion for photographing wildlife, especially in and around Georgian Bay Islands National Park. Phil loves to introduce others to the spectacular natural environment of Canada, and his goal is to help others find a balance in their busy urban and technology reliant lives by exposing them to engaging and rejuvenating outdoor experiences.
